Turkish casserole is a fragrant dish reflecting Turkey's rich culinary traditions. It combines tender pasta with spicy sujuk, giving the dish a rich, piquant flavor. The juicy sweet-sourness of cherry tomatoes harmoniously complements the meat component, while melted cheese creates an appetizing crust. Olive oil adds softness to the texture, and baking enhances the aroma of the ingredients. This dish is perfect for cozy family dinners and celebrations where you want to impress guests with a combination of simplicity and depth of flavor.
