Turkey cutlets Albanian style are a tender and aromatic dish of European cuisine. This recipe combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. The dish's history is rooted in Balkan traditions where meat cutlets hold an important place at the table. The uniqueness of this version is the use of turkey instead of the usual beef or pork, making the cutlets lighter and more dietary. The addition of garlic, onion, and spices gives them a rich taste. Starch provides a special texture to the cutlets while mayonnaise makes them juicier. After thoroughly mixing the ingredients and a short marination, the cutlets are fried until golden brown, releasing their appetizing aroma.
