Cheese-stuffed cutlets are a true delight for lovers of juicy, aromatic dishes of Russian cuisine. The history of this dish begins with traditional meat cutlets that hostesses have refined over time by adding various fillings. In this version, tender minced meat is used, hiding melted cheese that gives the cutlets a special softness and rich flavor. The crispy breading made from flour creates a golden and appetizing crust. Cutlets pair wonderfully with light vegetable side dishes, mashed potatoes, or fresh green salads. This dish is perfect for both family dinners and festive tables, delighting guests with its rich taste and aroma.

- Mixed mince: 500 g
- Cheese: 150 g
