Seafood with vegetables and fruits is a refined dish of Japanese cuisine that combines tender seafood with vibrant vegetables and fruits. Historically, seafood dishes hold a special place in Japanese gastronomy, known for its balance of flavors and health benefits. Baked shrimp, mussels, and squid acquire a rich aroma complemented by the freshness of bell peppers, the spiciness of garlic, and a light citrus tang. Black pepper and cilantro add spicy accents, while olive oil brings all the ingredients together in a harmonious composition. The dish is perfect for both festive tables and cozy dinners served with a glass of white wine or green tea.
