Fern with pork in soy sauce

Prepare the fern. To avoid bitterness, soak it in salted water for a day before cooking and leave it at room temperature. There are other ways to get rid of bitterness.

Drain the water from the fern and rinse it under running water.

Put a pot of water on. Bring it to a boil. After the water boils, add the fern to cook. Time 7–9 minutes.

At the same time, heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion, and cover. Fry the onion until it becomes transparent.
