Grind the meat into minced meat, add spices and 100 g of breadcrumbs.
- Pork: 250 g
- Chicken breast: 250 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Beat the egg and add it to the minced meat.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Soak the bread in water or milk, then squeeze it out, mash it by hand, and add it to the minced meat.

Chop any mushrooms finely and add them to the minced meat.

Heat the pan with oil, fry the patties first for a minute covered, then until cooked through without a lid on each side.
