Chicken wings stuffed with mushrooms are a dish that impresses with its tenderness and richness of flavor nuances. In Russian cuisine, it holds a special place due to the harmonious combination of juicy chicken meat and aromatic mushroom filling. The light sweetness of carrots and onions, highlighted by spices, gives the dish a deep, rich taste. This recipe requires patience and precision as removing bones from the wings is delicate work. However, the result is worth the effort: tender wings with a spicy filling can be served as a hot appetizer or main course. They pair perfectly with fresh salads and sauces, while baking or frying gives them a golden crust and appetizing aroma. This dish carries the warmth of home cooking and the artistry of culinary mastery.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Sauté everything on low heat, adding salt and pepper. Transfer to another dish, let it cool slightly, add a raw egg, and mix. The filling is ready.
- Mushrooms: 200 g
- Onion: 1 piece
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Carefully separate the chicken wings from the bones without damaging the skin. The skin with meat should remain, and where the bone was will be the filling. I must say that this work is labor-intensive and almost jewel-like. So, if someone doesn't want to bother, it's better to take legs; separating the bone there is much easier.

Salt and pepper the meat. Stuff it. Place in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry. Turn it over, cover with a lid, and fry the other side. Or bake in the oven.
