    Finely chop the greens and half of the bell pepper. I usually cut the other half a bit larger for a nicer presentation. Mix all the marinade ingredients (that is, all components except the turkey), coat the fillet with the marinade on all sides, place it in a container with a lid or a bag, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
