Baked Turkey Breast

Baked turkey breast is a classic dish of American cuisine that combines the tenderness of the meat with the rich aroma of spices. Historically, turkey is a symbol of family celebrations, especially Thanksgiving, but its flavor is so magnificent that it deserves attention any time of the year. Marinating in yogurt and mustard makes the meat juicy, while fresh herbs and sweet peppers add zest and lightness. Baking in a sleeve retains all the juices, creating the perfect texture – soft inside and appetizing outside. This dish is great for a cozy dinner or festive feast and pairs wonderfully with vegetables and light sauces.

1
Finely chop the greens and half of the bell pepper. I usually cut the other half a bit larger for a nicer presentation. Mix all the marinade ingredients (that is, all components except the turkey), coat the fillet with the marinade on all sides, place it in a container with a lid or a bag, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
