Turkey rolls with cheese are a gourmet dish of American cuisine that combines the tenderness of turkey with the rich flavor of melted cheese. The origins of such rolls trace back to the traditions of quick yet nutritious cooking popular among Americans. Juicy pieces of turkey carefully wrapped around aromatic cheese are fried to a golden crust, creating a delightful combination of softness inside and crispy texture outside. The addition of garlic breadcrumbs gives the dish a spicy touch, making it perfect for a cozy dinner or festive gathering. These rolls can be served with vegetables, sauces, or a light side dish, enjoying their rich flavor and appetizing appearance.

1
Cut the turkey breast into 1.5 cm thick slices and pound them to make them wide and thin. The cheese should be cut into thick elongated slices for easy wrapping in the turkey. Wrap it with a slight overlap.
- Turkey fillet: 500 g
- Hard cheese: 200 g

Now we dip the rolls in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs mixed with garlic salt (you can just use salt and dried garlic).
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Fry them in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides. You can even cover them for a short time to cook everything inside. Once a golden crust forms and the cheese melts — it's ready!
