Fish in nuts is an exquisite dish of Russian cuisine that combines the tenderness of sea fish with a crispy nut crust. Its roots trace back to traditional recipes where nuts were used to add texture and flavor. Marinating the fish in mayonnaise makes it especially juicy, while the coating of flour, eggs, and nuts gives it a golden and aromatic finish. This dish has a rich, intense flavor with light nutty notes that harmoniously blend with the softness of the fish. It is ideally served with fresh herbs that add freshness and lightness. Fish in nuts is perfect for a festive table, impressing guests with its exquisite appearance and harmony of flavors. It pairs well with vegetable side dishes and light sauces that highlight its unique aroma.
