Chicken cutlets with cabbage are a tender and juicy dish popular in Russian cuisine. The addition of cabbage makes the cutlets softer, giving them lightness and special juiciness. This recipe originated from the tradition of combining meat with vegetables to improve texture and reduce calories. The cutlets turn out airy, with a pleasant crunch of cabbage and the aroma of garlic and spices. They can be served with a side of potatoes, buckwheat, or fresh vegetables, making the dish versatile and suitable for a family dinner. This combination of ingredients makes the cutlets not only tasty but also healthier due to the extra vitamins from the cabbage.
