Spicy cod in grape leaves is a refined dish that combines Mediterranean culinary traditions with a creative approach. The tender cod fillet wrapped in aromatic grape leaves acquires a subtle herbal flavor and extraordinary juiciness. Spices, salt, and pepper give the fish richness and depth, while baking in the oven preserves its delicate texture. Olive oil adds a light velvetiness and highlights the natural flavor nuances. This dish is perfect for dinner with a glass of white wine, creating an atmosphere of elegance and culinary delight. The grape leaves used in the recipe evoke traditional dolma and sarma, bringing hints of Eastern cuisine and sophistication to Mediterranean recipes.
