Cut the meat into steaks (in my case it was pork neck, 4 steaks), pound it, season with salt and pepper, and fry on both sides over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Meat: 500 g
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Ground red pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Place the vegetable mix in a pan and sauté. Add salt and pepper, and at the end pour in the cream (the vegetable mix can be different, but it's optimal if it includes mushrooms).
