Tiger shrimp with garlic and green onions is a refined dish that combines the tenderness of seafood with the aroma of fresh herbs. They are prepared using a special author’s recipe that preserves their natural juiciness and enhances the flavor with a combination of butter and vegetable oil. Garlic adds spiciness while green onions contribute fresh, slightly sharp notes. The homeland of such flavor combinations can be considered the cuisines of the Mediterranean and Asia, where seafood is valued for its texture and rich taste. Shrimp lightly fried and infused with garlic aroma are perfect for both festive gatherings and romantic dinners. They can be served with a light garnish or as a standalone dish, enjoying the richness of flavor nuances. Bon appétit!

Shrimp should be peeled, but can have tails. They must be raw. If you have them in shells, peel and rinse them in cold water to prevent pre-cooking. It's advisable to make a small cut along the spine so they don't curl up too much while frying.
