Make minced meat, grind it with basil, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Beef: 0.5 kg
- Pork: 0.5 kg
- Basil leaves: 1 bunch
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Knead the minced meat and add rice, mix well.
- Rice: 1 glass

Wash the vegetables. Cut off the stems and clean the insides through the hole.

Place the stuffed vegetables hole side up in a large pot. Pour water up to two fingers from the bottom and set on low heat. Simmer for 40 minutes.
