Haddock in foil in a multicooker
2 servings
20 minutes
Pike in foil, cooked in a multicooker, is a simple yet exquisite dish of Russian cuisine that retains the tenderness of the fish and richness of flavors. Pike soaked in kefir gains softness and a slight tanginess that harmonizes with the sweetness of carrots and mild spiciness of onions. Steaming preserves the juiciness and beneficial properties of the ingredients, making it an ideal choice for those who value healthy eating. This fish is perfect for both everyday dinners and special occasions, delighting with its rich taste and aroma.
