Honey-glazed chicken wings are a true gastronomic masterpiece of French cuisine, combining exquisite flavor and simplicity of preparation. The crispy golden crust hides tender, juicy meat infused with the sweet-spicy aroma of honey, orange juice, and ginger. This recipe perfectly conveys the balance between sweet and savory, creating a harmony of flavors. The honey glaze caramelizes during baking, forming an appetizing shiny layer that makes the wings incredibly delicious. The dish is perfect for cozy family dinners as well as festive gatherings that delight guests with its sophistication. Serving on a rack helps maintain texture while soft notes of garlic and soy sauce add depth to the flavor. Honey-glazed chicken wings are a true delight that leaves an unforgettable impression.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash and dry the wings with a towel. Cut each wing into 3 parts: only 2 meaty parts are needed for the dish, the tip can be discarded or kept for broth.

Season the wings with salt and pepper to taste, place them on a rack greased with vegetable oil. Put a deep baking tray lined with foil under the rack: the fat will melt and collect in the foil-lined tray. Cook the wings this way for 30 minutes, flipping once.
