Boil the rice until cooked.

Cut the cabbage into cubes and boil until cooked in salted water.
- Cabbage: 0.3 piece

Meanwhile, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into cubes, and sauté everything in a small amount of vegetable oil until semi-cooked.

Add minced meat to the frying, season to taste, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Ground meat: 350 g

During the frying process, the minced meat usually sticks together in large chunks - separate with a spatula. Turn off the heat after 15 minutes.

Mix all the prepared ingredients: rice, cabbage, and minced meat with frying. Place in a baking dish.

Mix sour cream and ketchup, dilute with water (150 ml). Add salt to taste. Pour into a baking dish.
- Sour cream 20%: 150 g
