Dietary cabbage cutlets are a light, tender, and nutritious dish of Russian cuisine, perfect for healthy eating. The base consists of stewed white cabbage and oatmeal that create a pleasant texture and rich flavor. By baking in the oven without excess oil, the cutlets remain low-calorie but acquire an appetizing golden crust. The tender cutlets can be served with cold sour cream that adds creamy softness and harmoniously complements their light sweetness.
