In vegetable oil, we sauté onion and garlic, bell pepper and chili.
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Garlic: 5 clove
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Red chili pepper: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Add rice and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Rice: 200 g

Pour in water, add finely chopped tomatoes, beans, black pepper, and salt. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Canned red beans: 2 jars
