Vegetable Bake with Turkey

60 minutes
Vegetable bake with turkey is a harmonious blend of juicy vegetables and tender meat, baked to perfection. This recipe is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, where fresh ingredients and aromatic spices play a key role. Pumpkin adds a light sweetness to the dish, fennel provides subtle spiciness, and turkey brings rich flavor and nutrition. The baked vegetables retain their structure, while olives and balsamic vinegar add tangy notes. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner or festive gathering. Serve it with a refreshing salad and tomato sauce to highlight the flavor richness.
