Dumplings with raspberry filling

Vareniki with raspberry filling is a refined combination of tender dough and sweet, slightly tart raspberries enveloped in creamy sauce. This dessert has European roots and resembles traditional vareniki but with a berry twist. The soft dough, carefully kneaded for elasticity, wraps around the juicy filling, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Light caramelization in the pan adds a special texture, while the creamy sauce turns the dish into a true delight. Raspberry vareniki are perfect as a festive dessert or as a cozy treat for family tea time. They can be served with extra fresh berries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream to highlight the sweetness and richness of flavors.
