Salmon baked with potatoes in sour cream sauce is a refined dish of European cuisine that embodies a harmony of flavors. Salmon, rich in tender texture and intense aroma, pairs with soft potato slices infused with spices to create a magnificent duet. The sour cream sauce with egg and garlic adds tenderness and spiciness to the dish, while the final touch—melted cheese and fresh dill—completes the flavor palette. This dish is perfect for a family dinner or festive table, revealing the richness of flavors and textures in every bite. Baking under foil preserves the fish's juiciness, making it melt in your mouth. Salmon with such a sauce is not just food but a gastronomic delight worthy of the best restaurants.
