Chicken breast cutlets are a simple yet incredibly tasty dish of European cuisine, known for their tenderness and juiciness. The history of these cutlets is rooted in home cooking traditions that value simplicity and natural flavor. Chicken fillet minced with onion gains softness, while the addition of eggs and herbs gives the mixture extra fluffiness and aroma. These cutlets can be prepared either in a pan or on a grill, making them a versatile option for everyday dinner or a light snack. They pair wonderfully with fresh vegetable sides, potatoes, or rice and can also serve as a base for delicious burgers. Light, nutritious, and appetizing – they will hold a worthy place on your table.

Due to the lack of a frying pan, I grilled instead. Maximum power, cooking time 3 minutes. In a pan, I think it takes a bit longer, plus you need to flip it.
