Kubburger

Kuburger is a gastronomic masterpiece combining tender pork, spicy tomato sauce, and fresh vegetables. Its history is inspired by traditional European burger cultures but uniquely emphasizes the balance of flavors and textures. A juicy piece of pork neck, roasted to a golden crust, serves as the base, while a carrot-cabbage salad with homemade mayonnaise adds freshness and softness. The tomato sauce with hints of Tabasco, vinegar, and spices highlights the richness of the meat, while the wheat bun ties all elements together. Kuburger is perfect for cozy family dinners or quick snacks, offering a harmony of tender, sweet-spicy, and crunchy flavors. Served with fried potatoes, it becomes a complete dish that leaves a lasting impression with its rich taste and appetizing texture.

For the tomato sauce, cut one tomato, removing the part where it was attached to the stem, and blend it. Turn the second tomato into tomato juice. Place the results in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add Tabasco, sugar, vinegar, chili pepper, ground black pepper, and salt. Cook for another five minutes on low heat, then cool.
