Chicken wing shashlik with onions is a traditional dish of Caucasian cuisine that combines simplicity of preparation with rich flavor. The tender meat of chicken wings infused with the aromas of spices, lemon juice, and vinegar acquires a spicy zest and a slight tanginess. Onions not only enhance the taste but also make the meat juicier. Traditionally, this shashlik is cooked on a grill where the fire gives it an appetizing golden crust and unforgettable smoky aroma.
