Chicken wings in oranges with chili are a harmony of flavors that combines the juiciness of chicken, the sweet and sour notes of orange, and the spicy heat of chili. This recipe is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, where citrus fruits are often used to marinate meat, giving it a special tenderness. Orange juice makes the wings tender while chili pepper adds a distinctive fiery accent. The dish is perfect for friendly gatherings or family dinners as it is both light and rich, easy to prepare yet exquisite in taste. Baked to a golden crust, the wings acquire an unforgettable aroma. Serve them with a refreshing side like green vegetables or rice to enhance their rich flavor.
