White sausage in beer

White sausage in beer is a simple yet exquisite dish of European cuisine, rooted in Bavarian pub traditions. Tender sausages soak up the aroma of light beer, gaining softness and a rich flavor with a hint of hops. Onions fried to golden transparency add a sweet accent, while the mustard-honey sauce provides a spicy depth that harmoniously complements the composition. Spices complete the picture, enhancing warmth and spiciness. This dish pairs perfectly with fresh bread, creating an appetizing contrast of textures.

1
Pierce each piece of sausage with a toothpick (this prevents it from cracking during baking). Peel the onion, slice it into thin half-rings, and fry in heated vegetable oil in a pan until the onion becomes translucent.
- Sausages: 5 piece
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Sprinkle everything with a pinch of fiery spice mix.

- Light beer: 1 glass
