Chinese chicken with vegetables

Chinese chicken is wonderful as a stand-alone dish.

Wash the chicken breast, let the water drain, and cut it into finger-sized strips.
- Chicken breast: 350 g

Peel the onion and cut it into strips along the fibers.

Wash the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
- Red sweet pepper: 100 g
- Green bell pepper: 200 g

Wash the carrot, peel it, and slice it into thick rings.
- Carrot: 150 g

Heat the pan and pour in olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add pieces of chicken breast. Fry while stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until the meat turns white and browns in places.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

In the pan, add carrots first, then onions, and finally bell peppers, with a 2-3 minute interval while continuously stirring. Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, avoiding steaming the contents.

Combine soy sauce with sugar in a bowl until the sugar is fully dissolved. Do not add sugar if the sauce has a pronounced sweet taste.
- Soy sauce: 5 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
