Boil the pasta. This can be done in advance.

Then prepare the sauce. Sauté finely chopped onion in butter. When it is slightly browned, add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree diluted in 3 tablespoons of boiled water. Separately boil 2 sausages, chop them finely, and simmer with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grate hard cheese, like Swiss or Dutch, on a coarse grater.
