Salmon on skewers, baked in the oven

Salmon skewers baked in the oven is a refined dish of Norwegian cuisine that embodies the richness of Scandinavian maritime traditions. Tender salmon fillet is marinated in white wine, lemon juice, and capers, acquiring a bright, refreshing taste with a hint of spiciness. Baking on skewers preserves the fish's juiciness while giving it an appetizing golden crust. A creamy sauce made from the marinade adds softness and depth of flavor to the dish. This dish is perfect for cozy family dinners or as an impressive presentation on a festive table. Salmon, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, makes this recipe not only delicious but also healthy.
