Baked fish with vegetable aroma

Baked fish with vegetable aroma is a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of white fish with the natural sweetness of carrots and onions. This recipe is simple, but its execution brings a rich flavor and aroma of fresh ingredients. Historically, baking fish in foil was used to preserve its juiciness and infuse it with additional flavor nuances. The chosen pangasius for this dish features a soft texture and light aroma, while the added vegetables enhance its taste. Baking helps retain the nutritional properties of the ingredients, making the dish healthy and light. It is perfect for a cozy family dinner or a romantic evening, served with light white wine and fresh herbs.

1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2
Pour vegetable oil into foil, place a piece of fish fillet (I took pangasius for its distinctive aroma), add diced carrots and onions on top, season with salt and pepper, and wrap tightly in foil.
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml
- White fish fillet: 500 g
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Bake for 20 minutes. Serve the fish (the vegetables will just be boiled, so you can get rid of them).
