Oven-baked salmon in honey-ginger marinade

Oven-baked salmon in honey-ginger marinade is a dish that combines the sweetness of honey, the spiciness of ginger, and a light tang of lemon, creating a rich and harmonious flavor. In Ukrainian cuisine, such baked dishes are valued for their simplicity of preparation and the ability to preserve the natural taste of the product. Baking in foil helps retain the fish's juiciness, while the final unveiling allows it to develop an appetizing caramelized crust. Salmon, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, is perfect for healthy eating, and soy sauce and mustard add zest. The dish pairs wonderfully with rice, vegetables, or fresh herbs, making it versatile for a weekday dinner or festive table.

- Mustard: 1 teaspoon
