Beef cutlets with kefir in batter

Beef cutlets with kefir in batter are an original recipe that combines the tenderness of meat with a light crispy crust. The origins of this cooking method can be found in European cuisines, where breading and frying give dishes an appetizing texture. Kefir not only softens the minced meat but also adds a slight tanginess, highlighting the natural flavor of beef. Cutlets coated in a multilayer batter of eggs and breadcrumbs acquire a golden crust when fried while remaining juicy inside. They pair perfectly with spicy or creamy sauces and are great for a cozy home dinner.
