Kurze with nettles

Kurze with nettles is a Dagestani national dish. It is prepared in the spring, when the nettles are just ripening. Very healthy and very tasty!

Clean the nettle, rinse it well, and dry it on a towel. Then chop it very finely with a knife or in a blender.
- Nettle: 1000 g

Fry finely chopped onion in a pan and add nettle. Stew.
- Onion: 1 head
- Nettle: 1000 g
- Vegetable oil: 10 ml

Place the wilted nettle in a bowl. Let it cool. Add salt. Add an egg. Mix — this will be the filling.
- Nettle: 1000 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: pinch

Prepare regular unleavened dough. Roll it out thinly and make circles using a cup.
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Stuff the circles with filling and braid.

Boil water in a pot, add salt. Drop the kurze into the boiling water and carefully stir with a slotted spoon to prevent sticking. Once they float, cook for about 10 minutes.
