Chicken fillet cutlets are a simple and incredibly tasty dish of Russian cuisine that has gained popularity for its tenderness and juiciness. Historically, it emerged as an alternative to traditional meat cutlets but with a milder flavor. Chicken fillet, finely minced and mixed with onion, garlic, eggs, and mayonnaise, transforms into an airy mass that acquires an appetizing golden crust when fried. Spices add depth of flavor to the dish while flour helps retain juiciness. These cutlets pair perfectly with sides like mashed potatoes, vegetables or a light salad. They are suitable for everyday dinners and festive tables, delighting with their aroma and harmonious taste.
