Its roots trace back to village traditions where cabbage and grains were dietary staples. In this recipe, the softness of stewed cabbage is complemented by the rich aroma of broth, while the rice absorbs the flavorful juices, creating a tender texture. A light creamy note of parmesan deepens the taste. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner—warming, homely, and always delicious. It is served with olive oil and ground pepper to highlight its spiciness.
