This recipe transports us to Mediterranean cuisine, where juicy and aromatic ingredients blend with tender meat. Baked pork neck infused with the freshness of orange and apple achieves a special balance of sweetness and spiciness. The fruits add a light tang and caramelize during baking, forming a rich glaze. Grated cheese creates an appetizing crust, while mayonnaise gives the dish a creamy texture. This combination of flavors makes it perfect for special occasions or cozy family dinners. It pairs well with a glass of white wine and fresh vegetables, highlighting the Mediterranean character of the dish.
