Place everything on a large baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, put pieces of chicken on top of the potatoes, cover with foil and put in the oven (preheating is not necessary). Bake for about 45 minutes at 220 degrees under foil and another 10-15 minutes without foil for a crust.
