Wash the potatoes. Cut each potato in half. Place the halves in a baking dish. To make the potatoes golden, they need to be drizzled with vegetable oil.

Grate the cheese. I had 2 types: hard cheese with black truffle and camembert with mold, I think any others will work too.

Chop the greens and garlic.

- Garlic: 3 cloves

Mix grated cheese, chopped greens, garlic, and thick village sour cream. The filling is ready.

Stuff the breasts with filling. Wrap in slices of bacon or pork belly. Sprinkle with pepper on top.
