Beef skewers with sweet peppers

Beef skewers with sweet peppers are a true feast of flavors, where rich meat meets juicy, slightly smoked vegetables. This recipe is inspired by Russian traditions of cooking meat over an open fire but gains a modern twist with a spicy glaze of honey, garlic, and soy sauce. The beef steak infused with tender sweetness and aromatic spices pairs perfectly with roasted peppers that reveal their natural sweetness and smoky flavor. The dish is served with refreshing lime wedges and sweet chili sauce, adding even more depth to it. It's a great treat for a summer picnic or a cozy family dinner where every bite is filled with warmth and rich flavor nuances.
