Pass boiled potatoes through a meat grinder while hot, add a raw egg, flour, salt, and mix everything well.
- Potato: 3 pieces
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Salt: to taste

Roll out the prepared potato dough and cut it into rectangles the size of the sausages, removing the casing beforehand.

Place the sausages on rectangles and pinch the edges of the dough. Brush the surface with an egg mixed with melted butter, make slits on top of the dough, and sprinkle with sesame or grated cheese.
