Pork fried in cheese is an exquisite dish of Chinese cuisine that surprises with its harmonious combination of flavors and textures. Historically, cheese coatings became popular due to the influence of Western cuisine, but in this recipe, they acquired a unique Eastern character. Tender pork loin infused with the aromas of parmesan and fresh herbs becomes juicy and appetizing after frying to a golden crust. The dish has a rich creamy flavor with subtle notes of herbs and spices. It pairs wonderfully with fried vegetables and herbs, while the spinach and asparagus garnish highlights its gastronomic sophistication. This recipe is perfect for both a cozy family dinner and a festive feast where it will be the star of the table.
