Pork in foil with spices and garlic is a classic dish of European cuisine, known for its simplicity and rich flavor. This recipe conveys the coziness of home dinners, revealing the rich aromas of spices and garlic that deeply penetrate the tender meat. Wrapped in several layers of foil, the pork retains its juiciness while the spices create an appetizing crust. Slow roasting at high temperatures allows the meat to achieve perfect tenderness, absorbing all the juices. The dish is perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings, served with vegetable sides or fragrant potatoes. Its versatility makes it a favorite among lovers of hearty home cooking.

1
We wash the pork (bone-in loin) under warm water, place it on a board, and rub it with salt, black and red pepper to taste (on both sides).
- Pork: 2 kg
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Ground red pepper: to taste
2
Next, slice the garlic into thin pieces and insert them into the meat (on both sides). You can make shallow cuts with a knife for this.
- Garlic: 7 cloves
3
Now we wrap the meat in foil (5-7 layers). It's important to ensure there are no tears or holes, otherwise the juice will leak out and the meat will turn out dry.
4
Place the meat in a pan or baking tray and put it in the preheated oven.
5
You should occasionally pour a little hot water into the pan (again, to prevent the meat from drying out).
6
We cook the meat for 2 hours at 220 degrees.
7
Take out the pan, carefully cut the foil, and extract the meat.
