Cut the meat into strips 5 cm long and 1 cm thick. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Fry the meat until half-cooked. Transfer it to a paper towel and blot excess oil.

Pour the remaining sunflower oil into the pan, add finely chopped garlic, diagonally cut green onion stems, and nuts. Fry all ingredients while stirring continuously for 30-60 seconds.
