Lazy breaded cutlets are a simple and hearty dish of European cuisine that delights with its crispy crust and juicy filling. It may be inspired by traditional schnitzels, but here the meat is sealed in breadcrumbs with onions, creating a richer flavor. Dipping in egg and breadcrumbs twice ensures a tender texture inside and appetizing crunch outside. These cutlets are especially good paired with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables, and their quick preparation method makes them ideal for a cozy home dinner. They can be served with spicy sauces or as part of a hot sandwich, making the dish versatile.
