Frozen mussels should be added to boiling water for 3 minutes, or simply poured with hot water. Drain in a sieve and dry.
- Frozen mussels: 200 g

Boil the rice to your desired doneness.
- Long grain rice: 0.5 glass

Heat the pan, fry the onion until golden. Then add the bell pepper to the onion. Fry for 5 minutes. Add the mussels. Fry until the mussels develop a slight crust (color change), stirring constantly. Add teriyaki sauce to taste, fry the onion, pepper, and mussels in the sauce for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve on a plate.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Frozen mussels: 200 g
- Teriyaki sauce: to taste

Put the cooked rice in a well-heated pan, add cumin, coriander, and fenugreek (can be without fenugreek). Sauté with spices for 5 minutes.
