Beef patties are one of the iconic recipes of Soviet cuisine, infused with the spirit of home comfort. These juicy and aromatic patties are made from simple, accessible ingredients, but their combination gives the dish a special flavor. Bread soaked in milk makes the mince tender and soft, while frying in a pan gives it a golden crust. The light crispy shell hides juicy meat inside, infused with the aroma of onions and spices. These patties are versatile – they can be served with mashed potatoes, pasta or buckwheat, and also used in sandwiches. They remind us of warm family evenings when the smell of freshly cooked patties fills the kitchen. A simple and reliable recipe that remains beloved for decades.
