Shawarma with turkey and vegetables is a harmonious blend of juicy minced meat, fresh vegetables, and a spicy sauce in tender lavash. This recipe has roots in Caucasian cuisine traditions that value simplicity in preparation and rich flavor. The lightness of turkey gives the dish a special tenderness, while the crunchy cabbage and juicy vegetables create an ideal balance of textures. Garlic mayonnaise adds zest, revealing depth of flavor. This shawarma is convenient for both a quick snack and a full meal. After a light warming in the microwave, it becomes even more aromatic as the ingredients meld together. This dish is especially suitable for those who appreciate healthy yet hearty food filled with rich flavors and traditional notes of the Caucasus.
