Season the chicken mince with salt and pepper to taste, mix with half of the grated parmesan. Form small balls, placing a piece of gouda cheese in each.
- Minced chicken: 400 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 120 g
- Gouda cheese: 50 g

Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil, adding salt, pepper to taste, dill, and parsley until fragrant. Pour in the milk, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the sauce to the desired consistency.
